Field

1. Research in the field of terahertz includes: research on new functional semiconductor devices for enhanced emission, efficient regulation and intelligent perception of terahertz waves, as well as the design and development of terahertz high-speed communication and terahertz high-precision imaging systems.

2. Research in the field of infrared including: new semiconductor devices based on infrared intelligent sensing and detection, infrared functional thin film modulation devices, and the design and development of infrared imaging systems, etc.

3. NIR/THz spectral signal processing and its software and hardware system development.
